Imagium can easily be integrated with all test management tools out there. If you want to automatically record a bug in Jira when a Visual Test fails in Imagium, please check the following sample:

This is the basic sample can be enhanced /modified to suit your needs.

Integration with HP ALM and C# is definitely possible. We would recommend going through HP AML API user guide here
