[Solved] Is it possible to exclude the region at runtime?

I want to exclude the region at runtime by passing coordinates in the API. 
how can we do this?

Adding exclusions at the runtime is a highly demanded feature. It will be added in the upcoming releases.

However you can still exclude the region from UI as mentioned here
